Induction Furnace is used to melt the metal and shape to its desired dimension, with this method of recycling old metal and its alloys can be melted and formed to its desired shaped with the Magnetotherm induction furnace system. Magnetotherm Induction furnace are generally semi automated, considering various system parameters based on customer specific requirement as per application with controllable heat duration and maintaining the required heat which is called soaking time. In metal forming industry various other process involved in coordination with Induction melting furnace after the desired temperature is reached with tilt mechanism for pouring melted metal into the required die/former and the process standard varies with respect to the metal heated and melted.
